Everyday Meditation Practice

It’s okay if you’re feeling a little out of sorts, exhausted, or afraid. The world is changing massively right now. I’ve found that maintaining a regular everyday meditation practice—even if it’s only for 15 minutes—makes all the difference. When you get still and quiet, your brain waves shift. Healing and resolution kick in.


Even 1 minute can make a difference.


Sit and relax. Breathe in... Breathe out...


Now do it again, counting each breath until you reach 10.

Your body is beginning to heal.

Life is always changing, and you are changing with it. Let your conscious breath open you to peaceful transformation.

You are safe.

You are loved.
